Creating the book you want

After you’ve invested so much time writing your manuscript just the way you want it, the final book should be exactly the same. We offer several types of book.

When we design the book's front cover, the book's title, subtitle (if applicable), author name, and any additional information will be included, along with all graphics needed to create the cover artwork. If you have ideas and sample graphics or even complete cover design that you would like our design team to use or incorporate, please let us know.

Trade Paperbacks

Our designers will work with you to produce a book that is every bit as professional as any in bookstores. Our most popular size with authors is the industry standard format of 5" x 8" (127 x 203mm).

The below book sizes are also available with perfect binding:

5.5 x 8.5" (216 x 140mm)
6 x 9" (229 x 152mm)
7 x 10" (254 x 178 mm)
7.5 x 9.25" (235 x 191mm)

Hardback Books

Our hard cover books feature either a durable 4 colour case laminate cover or cloth binding (blue or grey), an embossed spine and a full colour dust jacket. Your hard cover edition will be assigned a unique ISBN.

Hard cover books have a higher page count requirement than our trade soft cover books. The hard cover format requires a minimum of 108 pages in the final printed format, this equates to approximately 34,000 words in manuscript format.

Colour Books

Colour books are available in saddle-stitch and perfect bindings with a minimum of only 4 pages required for saddle stitch and 24 for perfect-bound books. The below sizes can be produced as either a paperback or hardback title.
